01Where are your compounds manufactured?
Manufactured by audited contract manufacturers. Each batch is checked for identity and purity before it leaves the source.
02Are these supplements?
No. All compounds are research reference materials, sold for laboratory and scientific research only. Not for human consumption, not for therapeutic use, not a dietary supplement.
03How does the dosage selector work?
Most compounds come in three dosage variants per vial (e.g. 15/20/30 mg). The largest variant is bundle-priced — usually 5% below the per-mg rate of the smaller sizes. Pick the size that suits your protocol on each product page.
04How long does shipping take?
Door-to-door usually around 14 business days. Free shipping on every order — no minimum. Tracking link emailed on dispatch. Cold-chain packaging on every parcel.
05What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unopened sealed vials only. Send back at your cost. Refund issued in the same Solana wallet you paid from. Damaged or mis-shipped parcels are replaced at our cost — email us within 48 hours with photos.
06Is there a bulk discount?
Yes — 10+ kits of the same compound + variant gets the wholesale tier (up to 12% off the single-kit price, depending on compound). The 50+ kit tier is contract pricing — email hello@healthpeps.lab.
07Do you offer subscriptions?
No. We're a wholesale-style B2B operation — re-order as your stock runs down. The bulk tier (10+ kits) gives a better effective discount than most subscription models anyway.
08What's the BAC water offer?
Every order ships with one free kit of sterile bacteriostatic water — exactly what you need to reconstitute lyophilized samples. Auto-added at checkout. No code, no minimum.
09How does payment work?
